Tool development , Prototyping und Commissioning

In the tool development we support you starting with the tool conception, simulation, over the building of prototypes up to start-up.

Simulation

For Simulation in sheetmetal foming Process we use Autofom^®, LSDYNA^®, PamStamp^® und Deform^® .
In forging we simulate with DEFORM^® 2D and 3D.

Component Analysis

Formed parts are analysied wih an automtical strain analysis and to messure the surface Quality Diffracto-System^® is in use.

Consulting and Training

In addition to patent and literature search, we support you in solving your forming technology problems and advise you in your new patenting.
